Saturday, Dec. 06, 2003 - 1:30 p.m. Last weekend (from Thrusday on) was fantastic, not entirely perfect, but close. I flew home for Thanksgiving and there, visiting from Michigan were several of my aunts, uncles, and cousins. I love my family, and it was really great to see them. I can happily say that my younger cousins, teenagers now, are all smart and down to earth. they're good people. And I got to hang out with Heather and Matt. Matt took me to try sushi, which I liked very much. I hate to say stuff like this, but I sometimes think I miss them the most. Being back here all week has been ok. I'm tired of being uncertain of what's going on, and what my role is, and what might come of it, so I've decided to start revising my resume and looking into other writing options (freelance). It started snowing yesterday. I came into work today to do some warehouse work for extra cash (Christmas money yo), but I know think it may have been a mistake. I apparently thought falsely when I figured that New York, being a state that gets snow regularly, would be prepared for it. Nope. It's like a blizzard outside and the roads look treacherous. I think I should start watching the weather. anyway, for that reason, I must cut this entry short and get out of here before it gets much deeper and certainly before it gets dark.
